VILLA ISABELLA PADERNE, ALGARVE
Villa Isabella can accommodate 8 people comfortably, making it ideal for families. As well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a games room with a pool table, table football and a PS3 games console with a selection of games. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and all televisions in the villa have access to Netflix.
LIVING & DINING AREAS
THE LOUNGE
The spacious lounge seats 8 people on 3 leather sofas. There is a large flat screen TV with access to Portuguese TV channels, and English news and channels via apps. From the lounge/dining area, there is direct access to the back garden through 3 sets of double doors.
THE GAMES ROOM
The games room is perfect for teenagers. As well as a pool table, there is table football, and a PS3 with a variety of games and various board games. There is also an L-shaped sofabed which can be used to accommodate 1 or 2 additional younger guests on request.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully fitted with an integrated dishwasher, combination and microwave ovens, induction hob, American style fridge-freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine with integrated milk frother. There is also a toaster, kettle, Ninja Creami ice-cream maker, juicers and an air fryer. There is direct access out to the external barbecue area and a large serving hatch to the modern metal-topped dining table which can seat up to 10 people.
A washing machine and tumble drier are located in a separate utility room, along with a steam generator iron and ironing board.
BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms, all of which have ensuite shower or bathrooms. These have all been named after birds which have appeared in the garden during our visits, pictures of which can be found in the rooms. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and blu ray player which can access online content. All bedrooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units, wall heaters and hairdryers.
THE PRINCIPAL SUITE (PICA-PAU)
Situated at the back of the house and overlooking the south facing garden, the Principal Suite has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe area with dressing table, and a large en-suite shower room with double sinks. There is also direct access onto the upper terrace through two sets of double doors.
BEDROOM 2 (POUPA)
Also situated at the back of the house. Poupa has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bidet. Bedroom 2 also has direct access onto the upper terrace.
BEDROOM 3 (CORUJA)
Coruja is situated at the front of the house and can be set up as a twin with two single beds or as a double with one king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a walk in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room.
BEDROOM 4 (CEGONHA)
As with Coruja, Cegonha can be set up as a twin with two single beds or as a double with one king size bed. Cegonha also has a walk in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room.
OUTDOORS
Outdoors there is a private 11m x 4m pool, which is a consistent depth of 1.4m. Pool heating can be provided all year round via an air source heat pump (installed late 2021) for an additional fee during cooler months. The pool is surrounded by a rockery garden and a grass area and there are sun loungers for 8 people along with 4 umbrellas for shade. New for 2022, an outdoor table tennis table is available. Beyond the car park, there is a wild flower area surrounded by olive, almond and citrus trees which can be accessed via a gravel path. Guests are invited to pick the fruit when it is in season and make the most of the juicers! Beyond the boundary is farmland.
OUTDOOR DINING
There is a built in brick barbecue which can be accessed directly from the kitchen. There is a large, glass topped, rattan dining table with armchairs for 8 people. The table area is shaded by 2 sail shades.
TERRACE
If you want to escape the heat of the sun, the downstairs terrace is shaded and has 2 small drinks tables and seating. The upstairs terrace also has a drinks table, perfect for watching the sun going down over the hills of an evening.
